SCOPE
The main aim of the workshop is to present, analyze and discuss the main indicators affecting human rights issues in modern world, such as:

    • Private and public international law
    • Globalization
    • European integration
    • Social and cultural changes
    • Threats for public security

Due to the exchange of scientific opinions and views  between researches from different part of the world, we intend to create a platform for further communication and cooperation in creating possible solutions regarding human rights violations.

Papers are invited in the following sections:

  • Migration crisis and the European policy
  • Modern terrorism as a threat for basic human rights
  • Human rights and the process of globalization
  • The legal issues of culture clash
  • Gender stereotypes vs. law and globalization

Abstract submission
Abstracts (no longer than 500 words) of proposed 20-minute presentations, together with a short information about the author (biographical note, affiliation, telephone number, e-mail address) should be submitted to: workshop@pbpo.pl

Paper submission
Participant’s papers will be published in the Oriental Law Review or Wrocławskie Studia Erazmiańskie journals. Detailed information on publishing terms will be given to the authors during the workshop.
